Historian Ed Anderson will be sharing new and original research on the history of Arcadia on Saturday Sept. 29. Anderson will talk about the career and life of “Lucky Baldwin, The Man Who Was Never Licked.” The program will begin at 10 a.m. at the Gilb Museum of Arcadia Heritage.
