Cookbook author and Instant Pot expert Laurel Randolph will discuss her most recent book, “The Instant Pot No-Pressure Cookbook,” at the Arcadia Public Library’s Cay Mortenson Auditorium Sept. 22 at 11:30 a.m. – 1 p.m.
She will also offer a live cooking demonstration and answer questions about the Instant Pot. Those who attend will learn how to use, care for and make delicious meals with the Instant Pot.

The Arcadia Public Library is located at 20 W. Duarte Rd., Arcadia. The Library is open Monday through Thursday, 10:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m. and Friday and Saturday, 10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
