Oktoberfest Comes to Arcadia
For two weekends Bavarian beers and live music will be in ample supply
Racing fans will be able to raise their steins, strap on their lederhosen, enjoy live music, and enjoy world-class racing along the way as Santa Anita Park hosts its 2018 Oktoberfest for two consecutive weekends, on Sept. 29 and 30 and on Oct. 6 and 7.
Special online packages for this year’s Oktoberfest, which will be staged at Santa Anita’s legendary Top O’ the Stretch area, are available now at significant discounts for those who purchase tickets by Sept. 14.
These packages, available only to those 21 and over, offer the following:
One or Two-Day General Admission Pass
- Eight individual three-ounce beer or cider tastings.
- Mini souvenir three-ounce tasting “stein.”
- One $5 wagering voucher.
- Club house admission for one.
- Racing program and wagering tip sheet.
- Access to special trackside, grandstand and Top O’ the Stretch Beer Hall and seating areas.
The cost for one day if purchased online by Sept. 14 is just $21, thereafter the cost will increase to $35. The cost for two days is just $40 with no time of purchase restrictions.
The VIP package offers the following:

- One $15 food voucher for Santa Anita’s Oktoberfest menu.
- One $5 wagering voucher.
- Club House admission for one.

- Access to special trackside, grandstand and Top O’ the Stretch Beer Hall seating areas.
This special Oktoberfest VIP package is good for any day over the course of the first two weekends of the autumn meet. It is available online for just $45 if purchased by Sept. 14. VIP packages will increase to $65 thereafter.
