The Rose Bowl’s 92nd annual AmericaFest™ extravaganza will feature Maddie Poppe, winner of the most recent American Idol, as part of its 4th of July celebration of live music combined with the largest display of fireworks on the West Coast.

Also performing at AmericaFest™ will be Michael Knight, the world’s premiere Michael Jackson tribute artist. In a very distinct performance, Knight’s years of meticulous focus and study of every Michael Jackson nuance will showcase a polished tribute to his childhood hero. Knight will sing Jackson lyrics and dance every iconic Jackson step – all while holding an amazing resemblance to the original king of pop.

Back by popular demand, TNT Freestyle Motocross will electrify the crowd as part of the evening’s entertainment with their thrilling, death-defying, motorcycle stunts.

The highlight of the evening will be the fireworks display by the nation’s largest fireworks event producer, PyroSpectaculars by Souza. AmericaFest™ is the largest 4th of July pyrotechnics event on the West Coast and features more than a ton of explosives. Hundreds of colorful shells will light the night sky while patriotic music, choreographed to the fireworks display, will celebrate our nation’s independence.

“As always, the Rose Bowl AmericaFest™ celebration will feature the largest fireworks display in the western United States,” said Darryl Dunn, Rose Bowl general manager. “This year’s show will be even more entertaining with an American Idol winner as well as our time-tested fan favorites!”
