According to Families First, the fight against the separation of millions of families who are being affected by Trump’s policies is not over; despite the recent about face. “Let us be the voice of love above hate, and the change in hope for the hardest time in America,” Families First says.
Organizers plan on meeting at Pasadena City College (PCC) near the main entrance of the school and will walk from there onto the next streets, “so our voices can be heard. Please join immigrants and their allies from across Los Angeles County as we demand an end to the mass incarceration of immigrant families. This event will highlight the voices of immigrants and refugees and represent a show of support from native-born allies who reject the Trump Administration’s racism and xenophobia. America deserves a government that respects the dignity of all humans.”
The rally will be on June 30 at noon at PCC.
