Century 21 Village Honors 2017 Top Producers

Andy Bencosme, Managing Broker at CENTURY 21 Village Realty in Sierra Madre recently presented the annual sales production awards to the office’s top sales producers. The annual awards breakfast was held at The Only Place in Town Restaurant in Sierra Madre.
Bencosme thanked all of the agents present for their hard work, professionalism and complete dedication to their clients. “It takes all of you to make us what we are. One of the premier real estate companies in the San Gabriel Valley.” Bencosme stated. To recognize the top agents in the company, Century 21 Village honors the top 3 individual producers annually as well as the top team.
Nazee Rix was honored once again as the office’s Top Sales Producer for the year. Rix, a Bradbury resident and mother of two has been a consistent top sales producer for the Sierra Madre office. For 2017, she posted the highest number of home sales and the highest sales volume in the office. Bencosme credits her success to having an extraordinary dedication to her business and an understanding of her client’s individual needs. Her expansive knowledge of the various real estate markets in the vicinity and her commitment to her business also play very important roles in her success. “Nazee continues to have very loyal clients, who sing her praises and recommend her to friends and family” says Bencosme “A large percentage of her business comes from referrals of very satisfied past clients.”
Julie Bencosme, the Office’s 2nd Top Producer for 2017, was raised in Sierra Madre, and attended local schools. Bencosme has been a full time REALTOR® since 2001 and was quickly recognized as the office’s “Rookie of the Year.” Since then, Bencosme has been recognized for her sales production and quality customer service many times over her real estate career. Julie loves real estate and takes pride in every aspect of it. Her hard work ethic and attention to detail is practiced in all of her transactions consistently until closing. Julie is most proud of her client’s satisfaction, which is evidenced by her rave reviews on Yelp, Zillow and Realtor.com. Julie is also passionate about REALTOR® Education and volunteers at the local and state level to improve the profession and sharpen her own skills.

The 3rd Top Producer for 2017 is Jackie Adaimy. Jackie is a native of Lebanon and an Arcadia resident. She not only speaks English but is also fluent in Arabic and French. When asked about her professional philosophy, Adaimy responded “to be honest and open at all times, buyers and sellers want and need to know all of the facts before they make some of the most important decisions in their lives and it is my job to provide everything they need to help them make those decisions.” Adaimy a veteran Realtor has been with Village for 24 years and has consistently placed in the top three producing agents.

The Top Producing Sales Team for 2017 was the team dubbed “The Village People.” It is comprised of former manager of Village, Mike Lepore, who has over 35 years of experience, daughter Kris Mathison and his grandson, Brian Franklin. They finished 2017 as the #1 Ranked Sales Team in the San Gabriel Valley for CENTURY 21 and 8th overall in the Region, which includes much of the Greater Los Angeles Area.
