Dine-in and take-home suppers available

There are two ways to celebrate the season’s bounty and give back to Children’s Hunger Fund.

Mimi’s will serve up a traditional Thanksgiving feast with all the trimmings for guests who want to eat at Mimi’s Thanksgiving Day and those who’d rather enjoy a special, chef-prepared meal at home.

From 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Thanksgiving Day, Mimi’s will offer a dine-in, three-course holiday dinner ($18.99 for adults and $8.99 for kids), featuring a first course soup or salad, entree with roasted turkey and traditional sides such as buttered cornbread stuffing and green bean casserole, and dessert of house-made pumpkin or pecan pie. Reservations are recommended.

Guests can also leave the cooking to Mimi’s and celebrate at home with three made-from-scratch take-home options:

-Chef-Prepared Take-Home Turkey Supper – Dinner for 8-10 people features a whole, herb butter-basted turkey, buttered cornbread stuffing, candied pecan sweet potatoes, whipped mashed potatoes, green bean casserole, apple cranberry orange relish, traditional turkey gravy, two carrot nut loaves and a whole pumpkin pie. ($99.99)

-Just the Sides To Go – The same array of Mimi’s traditional holiday sides for guests who prefer to prepare their own turkey or ham and desserts.  ($42.99)

-Brunch at Home – A tasty selection of fresh-baked croissants or muffins, fresh mixed fruit and quiches. ($42.99)

For every take-home holiday supper sold, Mimi’s will donate a $1 to Children’s Hunger Fund, which provides 4 meals to children in need.

“Families celebrate Thanksgiving in many ways, but the common thread is delicious food enjoyed together,” said Mimi’s Vice President of Marketing Ann Dalier. “As we serve our guests beautifully prepared holiday meals in our restaurants or in their homes, we also share the spirit of the season by giving to children in need through Children’s Hunger Fund.”

Guests can make reservations or preorder for the holidays now. Take-Home Suppers require 1.5-2 hours of heating time. Pre-Orders are required on take-home options. For locations and pricing, visitwww.mimiscafe.com.
