Members of the Pasadena Senior Center who have an iPhone, iPad, iPad Touch and/or Apple Watch and are not quite sure how to use them to their fullest potential are invited to a five-week All Things Apple class at the center, 85 E. Holly St., Thursdays, Nov. 9 to Dec. 14, from 4 to 5:30 p.m. There will be no class on Nov. 23 due to the Thanksgiving holiday.
The class will be taught by David Whitby, a technology productivity consultant who
will help participants learn how to navigate interfaces like pros, take care of their devices and which apps are recommended. There will be special emphasis on the new features in iOS 11.
Weekly handouts and PDFs with live links will be provided along the way, and everyone’s questions will be answered. Each participant must have an email address, Apple ID and password, and basic understanding of how to send and receive emails and surf the Internet using Safari.
The cost for the five-week class is $49, payable at the Welcome Desk. For more information visit www.pasadenaseniorcenter.org or call 626-795-4331.
