The first French Fashion Show to take place at the Alliance Française de Pasadena will have Walker/Viden Luxury Consignment producing the show and providing all of the French Fashion. The event takes makes it debut at the Alliance Française de Pasadena, Friday, June 23rd at 5 p.m. at 232 N. Lake Ave. in Pasadena.
Walker/Viden Luxury Consignment, co-owned by Jennie Walker and Addy Viden, has created a special runway show that will feature renowned brands such as Chanel, Louis Vuitton, Christian Dior, Yves Saint Laurent, Chloe and Celine. Jennie Walker, Creative Director, developed her New York sense of style while living in Manhattan for 16 years. She brings that vibe to her clothing choices for the store, with the classic love of the color black. Her style, combined with the Alliance Française de Pasadena trendy designed space, is the perfect blend for such an event. A portion of the evenings’ sale proceeds will benefit Alliance Francaise. “There is a large space between the Runway and the Fashion Museum where these amazing clothes go and exist – stores like ours act as a unique point where the best pieces can be cycled back from one closet into another and in essence extend the life span and recreate the original excitement for the piece and the brand for a new customer or a new generation. “

The Walker/Viden Luxury Consignment store is located at 1033 E. Green Street Pasadena, in historic Green Street Village. Jennie Walker and Addy Viden also operate three ebay stores that sell the merchandise in their store to a global customer. The Alliance Française de Pasadena was founded in 1924. Its purpose is to encourage the study of the French language and culture and promote understanding and friendship between French people and others who share these interests. The Pasadena chapter differs from other language schools by offering a blend of language learning and cultural immersion.
