La Salle Baseball beats Santa Monica High school Tuesday, May 16, in the wild card game of the Southern Section division III playoff bracket.
The Lancer offense scored three runs off of five hits. They scored one run in the third inning and two runs in the sixth for some added insurance. Junior Ethan Patrick lead the offensive charge collecting two hits and scoring and driving in a run.
La Salle pitching shut down the Santa Monica offense only allowing four hits and no runs. Junior Zane Lindeman pitched a complete game allowing zero runs and collecting six strikeouts in seven innings of work.
La Salle High School baseball plays Quartz Hill High School Thursday, May 18, to continue the division III Playoffs.
