City Manager to Spend $30,000 on Independent Review of Reginald Thomas’ Death last year

A non-profit foundation hired by Pasadena to independently review the September police in-custody death of Reginald Thomas, Jr. began its work this week, according to the city manager’s weekly report.

The $30,000 contract with the Washington D.C.-based Police Foundation was finalized this past week.
