Monrovia Candidate Clifford DeCosta Drops Out of Race

Clifford De Costa has dropped out of next month’s municipal election due to ‘family matters.’

In what has been described as a lack-luster election race, one of the candidates, Clifford De Costa, has pulled out citing family matters.

In an email to Susan Motander, our principal writer for Monrovia, DeCosta stated the following:
“Due to personal family matters, I have dropped out of this election. I am still notifying all concerned.” – Clifford DeCosta
