Oscar De La Hoya was arrested for DUI in Pasadena Tuesday night.

Pasadena Police confirmed that the California Highway Patrol pulled over De La Hoya on Del Mar in the early morning of Jan. 25.

The Hall of Fame boxer and CEO of Golden Boy Promotions was arrested at 1:57 a.m., according to CHP Officer Reyes, and charged with two misdemeanors: driving under the influence of alcohol and driving with a blood alcohol content of .08% or greater. He was later on cited and released to the custody of his manager.

De La Hoya was apparently spotted in multiple bars in old town Pasadena, including Barney’s Beanery according to numerous sources.
