Suspect Arrested Following Brief Police Pursuit and Area Containment in Pasadena

On Sept. 29, 2016 at approximately 12:30 p.m., Pasadena Police Officers received information regarding an individual wanted by San Bernardino County Sheriffs for armed kidnapping.

Pasadena Officers observed the suspect driving a vehicle in the area of Rosemont and Walnut Street. When officers attempted a traffic stop, the suspect failed to yield/stop and a vehicle pursuit incurred.

The suspect drove to a residence in the area of Manzanita Avenue and Orange Grove Blvd. where brief police containment was established. The suspect ultimately surrendered to PPD officers without incident.
