The Pasadena Police and Fire Departments invite the community to meet their local police officers and fire fighters during National Night Out on Aug. 2.
National Night Out is an annual community-building campaign that promotes police-community partnerships and neighborhood camaraderie to make their cities an enjoyable and safe place to live, work, and visit.
Pasadena’s kick-off event will begin at 5 p.m. at Washington Park (700 E. Washington Blvd.). Your first responders will then spread out throughout Pasadena joining various neighborhood block parties being held in the city.
This national event is an excellent opportunity to form long-term bonds between police, fire, and the community. All persons welcome.
For information regarding the kick-off event or the locations of neighborhood block parties being held in your area, please contact Pasadena Police Community Services at (626) 744-4550.
