At approximately 5pm Friday Pasadena fire units were dispatched to a traffic collision on the 201 easbound freeway involving five vehicles.
Upon Fire Department arrival, first responders found several vehicles involved one box type truck with the front end up on the “K”-rail and one small car that was crushed between the two trucks. The two male occupants in the car experienced massive crush injuries and were pronounced deceased on scene, according to Lisa Derderain Pasadena Fire PIO.
4 other patients were treated on scene with minor injuries.
