Summer Movie Series to Start June 18

The Monrovia Area Partnership is again sponsoring a family-oriented summer movie series, to be held at several locations throughout the city.

This Saturday night, June 18, the movie “Antman” will be screened at the Monrovia Historical Museum, 742 E. Lemon in Library Park, beginning at 8 p.m.

Those attending are advised to bring their own blankets and/or chairs. Admission is free and there will be lots of family fun.

The Summer Movie Series will continue on the following dates (start times are 8 p.m.):

– July 9: “Hotel Transylvania 2,” Julian Fisher Park (10th anniversary party will start at 6 p.m., 901 S. California)

– July 23: “Star Wars: The Force Awakens,” Station Square Park, 1651 S. Primrose

– Aug. 6: “Good Dinosaur,” Grand Avenue Park, 340 N. Grand Ave.
