Lifeline for Pets Cat of the Week: Abigail
Age: 9 Months
This little girl has the best purr-sonality! Abigail, is a “torbie,” a brown tabby/tortoiseshell, and small for her age. She is sweet, funny, and playful, even though she was abandoned, tiny and alone, with a very bad case of mange. Yet, through her ordeal and recovery, she stayed strong and loving – no wimp is she! Abigail was then adopted by a family that she loved. However, the family had to return sweet Abigail, after just a few months, and that was hard for this little one – as she does not understand what happened. We want her to be adopted into the comfort and care of a wonderful, lifelong home – perhaps with another kitty friend – as soon as possible.
She is current on vaccines, micro-chipped, and tested negative for feline HIV/leukemia. Her adoption fee is $100. Call (626) 676-9505 to arrange a meeting, or visit our website for an adoption application.
Lifeline for Pets is a small, no-kill rescue organization. We show our cats most Sunday afternoons at Petsmart, 3347 E. Foothill Blvd. in Pasadena from 12:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. We receive no government funding, but work hard to keep our kitties healthy, socialized, and happy. Because we are small, we know our cats very well to find the right match for you. When you adopt from Lifeline for Pets, you know you are getting a healthy, much loved kitty who will fit well into your family and have a lifelong home.
Convenient adoption application, more pictures, and videos are available on our excellent website, www.lifelineforpets.org.
