Whether you’re opting for Coachella or Nochella, you can’t deny that driving out to Palm Springs is a good idea, especially when it’s during the biggest festival around and there’re parties every which way you turn. For those workin’ nine to five, this close enough getaway fits perfectly with your open weekend, and we already know what the schedule is for freelance life—getting to go to the party is still work for us—and hey, we’re not complaining.

With all of the splendor surrounding two big weekends filled with the love and celebration for music, we made a short list of what events you can catch us at, including our very own homage to music somewhere poolside during weekend 2.

WEEKEND ONE ITINERARY

The What: Vestal Village – Thursday, April 14 – Sunday, April 17

At a secret location in Palm Springs, weekend one blasts off with Vestal, the men’s and women’s watch and eyewear brand inspired by music and the outdoor lifestyle presenting its 7th year of Vestal Village. With two outdoor stages featuring live music and DJs, hosted daytime bars, free shuttles, campfires, hiking, horseback riding (BYOH – bring your own horse!), the largest non-hotel swimming pool in the area, bouncy house beats spun by Cut Snake and Disco Ambassadors, and activations like our favorite summer accessory, Solé Bicycles….yeah…see you during our Saturday adventure. More info.

The What: Collide Presents ‘Not A Pool Party’ – Thursday, April 14th

“It’s El Niñ0 you’re already wetttttt” is the tagline on this one as Collide firms up a night of live sets by Dan Deacon, James Supercave and Magic Wand at Hard Rock’s venue, Bardot. And the buck doesn’t stop there on this music industry insider-driven event: Dance In A Panic and Spaceland Present are touting the DJ sets of the night, with Andy Rourke (The Smiths), our super homie Jessie Rogg (Mack Sennett Studios) and other fine music peeps behind the decks. Wetttttt.

The What: Cleobella, D’Blanc and Vanessa Mooney – Friday, April 15th

We’re not missing out on three brands that we love to wear, and even write about sometimes. Cleobella, D’Blanc and Vanessa Mooney kick off their weekend of connectivity with beer, bikinis, delicious bites and of course, music. Chances are you’ve gotten your mailer if you follow any of the brands. You follow? Invite only.

The What: Nylon’s Midnight Garden Party – Friday, April 15th

NYLON returns for its second annual Midnight Garden Party! With our gal Kittens behind the decks—as well as Wade Crescent, Two Fresh and Soko—the most infamous, whymsical event will tout the best in experiential notes for your memories. Expect a campsite promoting the Freeform original series,  original series, “Dead of Summer,” with 1980’s nostalgia and a secret vintage school bus bar serving camp inspired cocktails. Whoa. Other happenings like VIP cabanas to celebrate the new hotel, Dream Hollywood, Umami Burger, NYX Cosmetics, Coolhaus, Heineken, Pacsun and many more are in tow and full of surprises. Dreamy, right? Invite only!

The What: Music Lounge by Las Vegas – Saturday, April 16th-Sunday, April 17th, 2016
