Best Exercise for Individuals with Parkinson Disease

Arcadia Senior Services in Partnership with POET Health Care Foundation (Patient Outreach Education Today) is having a special guest speaker, Rachel Tabak, Neurologic Physical Therapist. The health presentation is on Friday, April 15, 1:30 p.m. at the Arcadia Community Center, 365 Campus Drive. Ms. Tabak, PT, DPT, NCS is from Casa Colina Rehabilitation Center, Azusa. The focus of the lecture is on exercise practices that are best for individuals with Parkinson’s disease and other movement disorders. Rachel has her doctorate in physical therapy and completed a neurologic residency program at the University of Southern California. She is a board certified Neurologic Clinical Specialist.
