Starting March 1st, you may want to venture east after hours to visit LA’s charming sister city for after work drinks. Old Pasadena is extending their Happy Hour at a few of our favorite stops for the first two weeks of March. Different venues like Lucky Baldwin’s, The Blind Donkey and Neon Retro Arcade will host specialty flights and cocktails, all celebrating the art of a Happy Hour get together. Along with the libations will come well-matched food pairings. Think grilled cheese tastings and rethought appetizers.
Insider’s notes:
- Try the “Get Happy” cocktail at all participating restos and bars to get their two week exclusive selections that we’re created especially for the event.
- Look up #OnlyinOldPas via the ‘gram or Twitter to see who is doing what, and what beer and food selection most appeals to you.
- For the wino, head to Vertical for flights ranging from $15-$17 that allow you to get the full experience of their California offerings or a highlight reel of their best bubbly.
- If a guy’s night of beer is what you’re looking for, head over to California Chutney for Indian-infused appetizers and Lagunita’s finest.
