City of El Monte Holds Vigil for Nohemi Gonzales

The city of El Monte held a candlelight vigil on November  18, for Nohemi Gonzalez, the 23-year-old Cal State Long Beach student  killed in Paris during a series of attacks by the terrorist group, ISIS, on November 13, 2015.
