EpicSpaces Co-Working is an innovative rental workspace facility that is strategically designed to inspire creative workflow among its members. With spacious areas that allow for mingling among members, it’s no surprise that EpicSpaces is the originator of the Creative Intersections concept- the sharing of knowledge and ideas among professionals in different fields. Located in Old Town Pasadena, on the ground floor of the Pasadena Playhouse, members can enjoy cafes, restaurants, and retail shops within steps.

EpicSpaces opened its doors in July 2015 with the hard work and dedication of founders Dennis Constanzo, Diana Torres, and Luis Valenzuela. Entrepreneurs by nature, the three brought to life a humanistic workplace environment that encourages conversation, community, and collaboration among different fields, career paths, and walks of life. Rather than the traditional office space that leaves one feeling isolated and enclosed, EpicSpaces is designed to spark interaction between its diverse members to induce Creative Intersections, the sharing of knowledge, experience, and insight about one’s field.

As described on the company site, “Creative Intersections occur anytime our membership community interacts, brainstorms, asks questions of each other, bounces ideas, and shares their knowledge with one another.”

Dynamic professionals of all types can be found at EpicSpaces, including entrepreneurs, freelancers, independent consultants and contractors, and startup teams. Members can learn and grow insight about different industries as they rub elbows and converse with other membership holders that work in fields such as health care, technology, cosmetics, law, and animation to name a few.

The well organized, high-tech, professional, yet hair-down workplace environment has three different types of workspaces available. Collaborative Workspace, a shared workspace designed to inspire multiple source connections and community. Dedicated Workspace that still offers a shared workspace vibe, but with the ability to work independently, and professional private offices. Members can select from an a al carte style service menu that includes storage lockers, secretarial services, printing and copying, lateral filing cabinets, file box storage, notary services, and conference rooms. The best technology is at the members’ disposal as EpicSpaces has the fastest Internet that’s available.

In order to promote community, members have access to various lounging areas, such as an indoor lounge with a great T.V., two outdoor patios with a water feature and fire pit, and an open kitchen with complimentary Zona coffee and multiple seating arrangements.

A large presentation area with a flat screen, microphone, and open seating is also available free of charge for anyone who wants to host an event or simply share knowledge about their industry with the membership community.

EpicSpaces is currently offering two months free for anyone who purchases a membership of six months or more. A one-day pass ($30 value) is also available during this promotional period. With spaces filling up fast, it’s no wonder EpicSpaces is anticipating two more locations in Woodland Hills and Las Vegas.

Visit EpicSpaces at 680 East Colorado Blvd. Suite 180, Pasadena, CA 91101. Or schedule a tour via phone (626) 665-9955 or through the company site www.epicspacescoworking.com.
