It’s all about the ingredients from the day’s offerings when it comes to Executive Chef Jared Levy and his team creating this late night bite. Some sandwiches include savory details like Sonoma free-range pork, Shear Rock Farm greens, a grass fed beef meatball sub (oh man!), and an open-face tongue sandwich with onions and fresh greens (pictured above).
