With the festival circuit reaching critical mass, the desert innovators behind Robot Heart brought their inaugural Further Future festival to the Mojave Desert, just outside of Vegas from May 1-3, 2015.
Beating out the kandi emporium of EDM behemoth Electric Daisy Carnival, the event was recently named Las Vegas’ best new music festival of 2015. Now that’s goes deep, along with musical talent which brought out left-field electronic and indie bands such as Actress, FaltyDL, Hundred Waters, Bob Moses, War Paint, and more, alongside speakers such as Zappos CEO Tony Hsieh, SoundCloud head honcho Alex Ljung, and Google[X]’s Dr. Astro Teller. Our homies Thugfucker, who dropped an exclusive playlist for us before heading out, along with Nosaj Thing and favorite music-making-podcast-curating gent, Damian Lazarus were also in tow.
