Gillian Martin, founder of the Cavity Conservation Initiative, will present a program “The Wonderful Life of a Dying Tree” at 7:30 p.m., May 6, at the monthly meeting of the Pasadena Group of the Sierra Club.
The Cavity Conservation Initiative is a program of the Southern California Bluebird Club. Tree cavities are crucial to both birds and mammals which use them for raising their young and as a safe place to spend the night.
