Friday, March 27th, Altadena Library’s main location will feature an exclusive after-hours presentation by Mi Historia, Mi Mañera. Mi Historia, Mi Mañera aims to build a model of artistic co-creation between its institution and Latina/o adults, artists, and communities in the San Gabriel Valley. Supported by a generous grant from the James Irvine Foundation, Mi Historia Mi Mañera is an extension of The Pasadena Playhouse’s long-standing Wells Fargo Theatrical Diversity Project, founded in 2005 by Artistic Director Sheldon Epps. The Diversity Project is dedicated to promoting culturally diverse programming through the active engagement of artists, staff, volunteers and audiences of all ages, genders, orientations and ethnicities in exploring and celebrating the wealth of creativity in our world today. Visit the Altadena Library and enjoy the company of Mi Historia, Mi Mañera on Friday, March 27th at 7 p.m. in the Barbara J. Pearson Community Room. This program is provided free of charge.
The Altadena Library is located at 600 E. Mariposa St. For more information about the event and organization please visit the library’s website at www.altadenalibrary.org.
