The City of Arcadia Recreation & Community Services Department – Senior Services Division in partnership with USC Davis School of Gerontology is hosting a series of workshops on De-Stressing Techniques the third Friday of each month at 10am at the Arcadia Community Center, 365 Campus Drive, Arcadia CA 91007. Come out to receive important information to relieve stress in your life as a caregiver. Workshop dates are: Friday, November 21, January 16, February 20 and March 20.
