When your pet needs it most, will you be ready?

When emergencies happen, the right skills can mean the difference between relief and tragedy. Make sure you know how to respond by learning Pet First Aid. The goal of Pet First Aid is to teach you how to be prepared for emergencies that involve pets. It covers how to protect yourselves and the animal from further harm, injury or suffering during emergencies by teaching prompt, effective first aid actions and care. First aid for pets is the immediate and temporary care given to an injured animal until it can be taken to a professional veterinarian for medical care and attention.
Class is taught by lecture with demonstrations and hands-on practical skills. This course covers:
-CPR/Rescue breathing
-Choking
-Bite injuries
-Puncture wounds
-Eye/ear injuries
-Bleeding/lacerations
-Shock
-Much more!
Mark your calendar today for our next training session on Saturday, November 22 from 9:00am – 2:30pm at Planet Doggy in Pasadena. Cost is $60.00 per student. Please RSVP – space is limited. For more information, please contact Cindy Sanchez at (626) 793-7344 or cindy@planetdoggy.com.
