Judge orders attorneys in McDade investigation report back to court Tues Nov 4
Judge Chalfant has ordered the attorneys in the McDade case back to court this coming Tuesday, November 4, 1:30 p.m. He has not indicated what he intends, but the likely scenarios include that he may have a tentative decision and give the attorney for Anya Slaughter ( Dale Gronemeier) time to respond to it before making it final or he may indicate that he cannot yet make a decision and needs further proceedings (e.g., Gennaco’s deposition or declaration in order to determine if the City’s redactions are justified or further explanations from PPOA as to why their requests for additional redactions are justified.)
