Halloween Fright Day at the Santa Anita Race Track

October 31st – Halloween Fright Day at the Santa Anita Race Track (258 W. Huntington Dr.) from 12:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. Children are invited to partake in carnival rides and games, pony rides, a Haunted Maze, and trick or treating among other events. Free for children under 14 – $5 admission fee for adults.

Arcadia
November 1st – Family Lego Club at the Arcadia Public Library (20 W. Duarte Rd) at 11:00 a.m. Is your family a Lego fan? At the Family Lego Club, families are encouraged to work together and create using Legos, all surrounding a monthly theme. Registration required; all supplies provided. Free.

Burbank
October 31- Halloween Carnival McCambridge Recreation Center 1515 N Glenoaks Blvd., From 6:30pm – 8:30pm Exclusively for elementary school aged children., For more information call 818.238.5378.

Duarte
November 5th – Wine Down with Friends at D’Aquino Italian Imports (1850 Business Center Dr.) from 5:30 p.m. – 7:30 p.m. Adults are invited to join an evening with friends, music, hors d’oeuvres, and of course, wine! Monrovia
October 31 – Halloween Activities at Monrovia Library Park (321 S. Myrtle Ave.) from 3:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. Children of all ages are invited to participate in trick-or-treating along Old Town, as well as a costume contest and arts and crafts. No registration required. Free.

La Canada Flintridge
November 8 – Japanese Garden Festival at Descanso Gardens (1418 Descanso Drive , La Canada Flintridge) at 9:00 a.m. Descanso celebrates the art and culture of Japan with this annual family-friendly festival. Activities are free with admission. For general information, phone (818) 949-4200.

November 1 — World Animation Festival at Los Angeles Film School (6363 Sunset Blvd.) from 12 noon to 10:00 p.m. – A one day event hosted by Animation Magazine and Animation Libation Studios. Promoting the brightest, most innovative, emerging talent from all over the world.
November 1 –Downtown Dia De Los Muertos at Grand Park (200 N. Grand Ave, Los Angeles) from.3:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m. Enjoy food, dancers and music. Free for children age 12 and under. Adults $5.

Pasadena

October 31 — Websters Community Pharmacy Kicks off Halloween with A Spooktacular Halloween Mask-erade Party at Webster’s Community Pharmacy (2450 N Lake Ave, Altadena, ) from 8:30 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. Webster’s Community Pharmacy will hosts a Spooktacular Halloween Mask-erade Party where the Pharmacy will be turned into a disco fit for ghosts, goblins, monsters, witches, and more. All customers get a 30% discount while costumes in costumes get an additional 10% off.

October 31 –Time: 4:00 p.m. Chocolate Storytime Tales and Candy Treats for Children at La Pintoresca Branch 1355 N. Raymond Avenue) at 4 p.m.
Enjoy an afternoon of storytelling and village building, featuring stories authored by and/or about African Americans followed by a chocolate treat!. Free.

October 31 — Fall Festival at Victory Park (2575 Paloma St.) from 5:00 – 8:30 p.m. This event includes lots of fun activities for the whole family! Live entertainment, games, face painting, arts & crafts, doggy zone, fitness zone, pony rides, train ride around the park, and costume contests are just a few of the activities planned activities. October 31 — Halloween Tricks A Flick Free Family Pix at One Colorado (24 E. Union St.) from 5:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. Dress up the little ones and trot them over to One Colorado for some store-to-store Halloween Trick-or-Treating. And once the candy bag runneth over, pose for a family portrait with our photographer extraordinaire. If Fifi or Fido are also trotting out the dogs, include your dressed-up pup in the photo fanfare. Free.

October 31 — Cirque de Scream Haunted House at Victory Park (2575 Paloma St.) from 5:30 p.m. – 8:30 p.m.Have a frightening good time in one of our most popular attractions, the Haunted House. Dare to walk through a maze of creepy circus freaks and blood thirsty clowns! Children under 12 require an accompanying parent or adult guardian. Some material may not be suitable for children under 12. Cost: $5.00.

October 30t – Haunted Zone at Grapevine Arbor Park (324 S. Mission Dr.) from 6:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. Presented by the City of San Gabriel and Gabrielino High School, come experience a haunted zone only for those brave enough to enter.
