Love Books? Write One!

November is National Novel Writing Month and the Arcadia Public Library has teamed up with NaNoWriMo to host a “write-in” write-a-thon featuring games, activities, and refreshments to inspire and fuel your inner-author. Join fellow writers to race against time to complete a 50,000 word novel in just 30 days.
The first of three “write-ins” will take place on Saturday, November 1, 2014 from 2:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m. in the Cay Mortenson Auditorium at the Arcadia Public Library. Two more “write-ins” are scheduled including Saturday, November 22, 2014 from 1:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m. and Saturday, November 29, 2014 from 1:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m. No registration is required. The Arcadia Public Library is located at 20 W. Duarte Rd., Arcadia. The Library is open Monday through Thursday, 10:00 a.m. until 9:00 p.m. and Friday and Saturday, 10:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. can also follow the Library on Twitter and Facebook.
