Christian Classical Conservatory Students Explore Physics at the Disneyland Resort
Students take part in the Disney Youth Education Series Program in Anaheim
Christian Classical Conservatory students from Monrovia, California used the Disneyland Resort as a classroom on September 25, 2014 when they participated in the Disney Youth Education Series “Energy and Waves Physics Lab 101” at the Disneyland Park.
In this two-and-a-half-hour academic adventure, the students experienced the theme park though the eyes of a physicist and saw first-hand how light and sound as forms of energy are a vital part of creating world class attractions at the Disneyland Resort.
The Disney Youth Education Series allows students to see how the principles they are learning in the classroom are making exciting things happen every day at the Disney Parks. From physic to history, each unique program emphasizes the importance of team work and critical thinking skills while giving students a one-of-a-kind learning experience that blends the magic of Disney with key educational content.
About Disney Youth Education Series: Since its creation, thousands of students from all around the world have been inspired by the Disney Youth Education Series programs at both the Disneyland Resort in California and the Walt Disney World Resort in Florida.
