There’s a new restaurant to give us that pick-me-up we all need before it gets real chilly. Barton G. LA just opened in West Hollywood and gives a theatrical twist to the fine dining experience. Restaurateur, author, and hotelier Barton G. Weiss is the visionary behind the restaurant’s whimsical menu, featuring an array of artistic, shareable seafood dishes. With October being National Seafood Month, we’re craving a few good seafood dishes the restaurant is serving up, and they look just as amazing as they taste:

Lobster Pop Tarts

Maine lobster, gruyere, and Pernod mornay sauce baked in flakey phyllo pastry, Tabasco hollandaise, tarragon aioli.
