His book, Michael Roberts: The Dark Path Chosen will explain everything behind the dark paths that he once chose.
People call him a life survivor, some call him a Motivational Speaker. His story and testimony is inspirational, he calls it determination, motivation, survival and a will to never give up; hear for yourself and you decide. He preaches the philosophy of Children See, Children Do, when you hear him speak you will understand why as he watched, he learned and he did.
Michael grew up with divorced, alcoholic and abusive parents. Michael turned to drugs and alcohol at an early age. By 13 years of age he was an alcoholic, by 15 he was introduced to drugs and became a drug addict. By 17, he attempted suicide. With no discipline and the freedom to do whatever he wanted, alcohol and drugs became his way of life.
He will speaking on Thursday, October 30 from 5:00pm – 6:30pm at The Salvation Army Rehab Center in Pasadena, 86 Waverly St, Pasadena
