Santa Monica just got more delicious with Brilliantshine, a straight up whiskey bar with Peruvian-inspired bar food delectables. Yeah, you heard right. The chef, Richie Lopez was the former executive chef of Paiche so it all should makes sense.
Moving on to drinks hand crafted by Soigné Group’s Julian Cox and Josh Goldman: all inspired by Cox’s travels to Paris, Spain, Italy, PERU, Marinique and London. Classic meets modern. Well done, gents.
