Sriracha expanding into Arcadia? Council to tour Irwindale facility A Special Meeting of the City Council has been called to be held at the Council Chamber Conference Room, 240 W.Huntington Drive, Arcadia at 1:45 p.m. on Wednesday, August 20, 2014. The purpose of this Special Meeting is to tour Huy Fong Foods (Sriracha facility at 4800 Azusa Canyon Road, Irwindale, CA). Time will be reserved for those who wish to address the City Council regarding the above item. We asked Linda Garcia at the City Manager’s office why the sudden interest in the hot sauce company. “The tour of Huy Fong (Sriracha ) is for general information purposes. As you may recall, the owner of Huy Fong indicated a while back that he anticipated a need to expand so Arcadia officials are interested in learning more about the operation in case there is a potential expansion site in the City, ” Linda Garcia.
