Former Arcadia City Manager George Watts (1981-92) will be returning to the City to celebrate his 70th birthday on Sunday, June 22 at 4:00 PM at the Arcadia Blues Club located at 16 E. Huntington Drive.
The party is free and open to the public with music provided by George’s Howlin Blues Boogie Band, Lightnin’ Willie and the Po Boys, the Brophy Dale Band, Job Striles and many surprise guest artists.
