A Musical Cavalcade of leading Jazz artists will unite in support of our beloved Sophia Scozzesi, a young woman facing serious challenges due to a bleeding in her brainstem.
Performances will be by Mark Winkler, Keith Borden, Lauren White, Chambers, Herbert & Elllis, Jackie Gibson And Dolores Scozzesi and a very special guest soon to be announced!
JAZZ DEL CORAZON is a grass roots fundraising effort created by Jackie Gibson and Clifford Bell to provide support to members of our local musical community that are experiencing extreme need. Only six months old, previous recipients have been Jerry Monteros and Lou McMullin. Sophia Scozzesi is the daughter of one of the most beloved singers in our Jazz community, Dolores Scozzesi.
