April 5 – Build a birdbath/birdfeeder similar to the ones in the FOX movie “Rio 2” at Home Depot (1625 S. Mountain Ave) from 9 a.m. to noon. Workshop is designed for children 5 to 12 years old. Free. See http://workshops.homedepot.com/workshops/kids-workshops

 

April 5 – San Gabriel Valley Choral Company will present a concert at 7:30 p.m. at the Monrovia Presbyterian Church. Tickets are $15 general, $10 students and seniors, children under 12 $5. Call (626) 253.7248. Tickets will be also available at the door.

 

April 6 – Free one hour talk “Healing Love Never Out of Reach” will be given by Christian Science practitioner and lecturer Jill Grimes at 2 p.m. at the Monrovia Masonic Temple (204 W. Foothill Blvd). Free child care will be provided at the church, located at 345 W. Foothill Blvd.  For information call (626) 358-5139.
