At approximately 4:10 p.m. Saturday afternoon near Monterey Road and Pasadena Avenue a male was struck and killed by a northbound Gold Line train.
While under investigation, reports seem to indicate the 57-year old was on the tracks between the arms.
Service was briefly shut down between the Highland Park and Pasadena Gold Line station, and buses were used to transport passengers, Montenegro said. Service on the line was delayed for about 20 minutes.
