In honor on Martin Luther King, Jr. the Community coalition along with PUSD is holding a morning grow-in at Franklin School. Organizers ask community members to stop by the school Jan 18 between 8-Noon to help plant flowers to help beautify the school while honoring Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. The school is located at 527 W. Ventura Street in Altadena. For more information call 355-1582.
On Jan 20 join local dignitaries and speakers celebrating the life and legacy of Martin Luther King, Jr. at Robinson Park in Pasadena.
