Singer of TV series “Justified”soundtrack to appear at Classic Car Show
Critically-acclaimed recording artist Lynda Kay, whose big beehive hair look and song stylings are a throwback to the Country-Western artists of the 1950’s and early 1960’s, plans to spend Monday evening, Sept. 23, enjoying the classic car show, other activities and culinary delights at Taste of Arcadia.
The songstress with a powerful four-octave voice whose new EP set for release in October will feature a collection of classic songs from the early 1960’s pop, R&B, and lounge songs recorded in her own style, will appear at the Taste of Arcadia Red Carpet .
The Arcadia Chamber of Commerce’s annual Taste of Arcadia and Business Showcase at the Taste is held from 5:30 p.m. – 9 p.m. at the Los Angeles Country Arboretum, 301 N. Baldwin Avenue, Arcadia, Ca. Tickets are $60 in advance and $70 at the gate — Chamber members get a $10 discount on each ticket — and may be purchased online at www.ArcadiaCaChamber.org, by phone: 626-447-2159, or in person during business hours through 4 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 19, at 388 W.
