A Farm-to-Table Dining Experience at the Arboretum Sept. 22
Six top Pasadena area chefs will donate their time and resources to prepare an exquisite dinner to raise funds for a new youth education program Sept 22.
Celebrate the first day of autumn with a sumptuous dinner at the Arboretum’s first farm-to-table dinner. The outdoors Feast at Baldwin Ranch will feature a unique and memorable dining experience with novel seasonal dishes created especially for the occasion. Each course of the menu will be prepared by a different chef from a local, well-known restaurant.
Led by Claud Beltran of The Eatery, the featured chefs include: Tim Guiltinan of The Raymond Restaurant, Gale Kohl of Gale’s Restaurant, Alexandra Poer Sheridan of Alexandra’s Table, Lalo Sanchez of Crossings and Jeffrey Haines of The Raymond Restaurant. Proceeds from the fundraising event will support a new youth educational initiative that engages children in hands-on learning experiences to promote a love of gardening and appreciation for the environment.
