Making use of that gigantic live/work Fashion District loft you so resourcefully chose in lieu of a 7th floor walk-in up Bed-Stuy, we hope?

Time to show the who’s who of the fashion elite what proverbial time it is this [pre] fall. Cult favorite TV competition, Project Runway, is casting for it’s lucky 13th season as you lackadaisically double tap that Gelina’s brunch IG documentation.

Mood fabric-thugging and zero internet access for weeks will be totally worth it after your 15-page spread in Elle, just ask season three villain, Jeffrey Sebelia of DTLA-based clothing line Cosa Nostra. After winning the competition in 2007, the Ready-to-Wear designer with a grunge-punk sensibility has been able to save celebrity clients like Gwen Stefani and Jennifer Lopez to his Google contacts.

The show’s wildly successful season four winner, Christian Siriano can add lucrative collaborations with major commercial brands like Payless and Puma to sartorial resume. After debuting his eponymous line at NYFW, Siriano scored accounts at Saks Fifth Avenue and Neiman Marcus’ shortly after. In 2012, the NYT estimated his brand’s worth at 5 million after the opening of his Nolita flagship store, and just this past June, the Project alum was inducted into the prestigious Council of Fashion Designers of America. Not bad for an theatre kid from Annapolis with a penchant for Edwardian costume.

So if you’re tired of plugging your Kickstarter, help Heidi Klum, Tim Gunn, Nina Garcia and Zac Posen help you. This season, Project Runway winner will cop 100k to invest in their line and a spot at NYFW. The application deadline is September 9, 2013.
