CENTURY 21 Recognizes Local Sales Agents With Pacesetter Award Nazee Rix, Emily Duggan, Nathalie Marles & Jackie Adaimy Recognized for Production in 1st half of 2013

CENTURY 21 Village Realty today announced that Century 21 Real Estate LLC recently recognized Nazee Rix, Emily Duggan, Nathalie Marles & Jackie Adaimy with its Pacesetter Award which recognizes Production in the 1st half of 2013.
Nazee Rix, Emily Duggan and Nathalie Marles were awarded the Pacesetter Platinum Award. This is awarded to Sales Agents who are on track for the for the coveted year-end CENTURION® award after 6 months. These producers must have a minimum of 28 closed sales or $3,750,000 in sales volume.
Nazee Rix, a Bradbury resident and mother of two has been a consistent top sales producer and led the office in sales last year. Bencosme credits her success to having the utmost dedication to her clients and willing to work real estate around the clock if need be. Rix has been consistently recognized by Century 21 Real Estate LLC with the coveted CENTURION® award, Quality Service award and President’s award.
Long time Sierra Madre Resident Emily Duggan offers her clients the talents of a smart and savvy REALTOR® who knows the foothill areas thoroughly. For both buyers and sellers, Emily also puts her experience and contacts to work. Contractors, handymen, painters, decorators and landscapers, Emily has all their names and numbers.
While industry awards are always appreciated, Bencosme has often noted that it’s the extra effort and personal attention that Emily gives her clients that makes her among the most sought after agents in the area. Nathalie Marles grew up in south Pasadena and lived in the San Gabriel Valley for over thirty years.. Due to the current market she began to specialize in “short sales” and selling bank-owned homes for many direct lenders and asset management companies. “This keeps me on my toes with the current market values and has really sharpened my skills in performing market analysis for my clients” remarked Marles. Marles holds the Certified Short Sales and Foreclosures Resource designation and was recognized with the Masters Diamond award and Quality Service Pinnacle award in 2012.
Jackie Adaimy was recognized by earning the Pacesetter Gold Award. This is awarded to Sales Agents with a minimum of 14 closed sales or $2,000,000 in sales volume for the 1st 6 months of the year.
Jackie is a native of Lebanon and an Arcadia resident. She not only speaks fluent English but is also fluent in Arabic and French. When asked about her professional philosophy, Adaimy responded “to be honest and open at all times, buyers and sellers want and need to know all of the facts before they make some of the most important decisions in their lives and it is my job to provide everything they need to help them make those decisions.” Adaimy a veteran Realtor has been with Village for 20 years and has consistently placed in the top three producing agents.
