Heather Sage faces credit card fraud and illegal drug charges

Investigators from the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department Operation Safe Streets Bureau – Asian Gang Team arrested Heather Sage, a resident of Rosemead, for Identity Theft and Possession of a Controlled Substance. The arrest was made after investigators conducted a probation compliance check at her home in the 3100 block of San Gabriel Boulevard. Sage is on probation for Burglary in Riverside County; however, she resides in Los Angeles County.
During the search, investigators seized multiple credit and identification cards in different names. They also seized a credit card embossing machine, a hologram machine, a credit card reader, hologram stickers, and personal information belonging to various people. A small amount of methamphetamine was also seized.
From the evidence seized, it appears that Sage may have been manufacturing fictitious credit and identification cards from her home. She was transported and booked at the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Temple Station. Her bail was set at $50,000.00.
