redwhite+bluezz is serving up one of the most colorful Fat Tuesday celebrations in town.
In addition to its regular menu, Chef Alfonso “Fonzy” Galan is spicing things up with a host of Fat Tuesday temptations including classic New Orleans dishes such as Crawfish Cakes, Fried Green Tomato, Andouille & Chicken Jambalaya, Blackened Catfish King Cake and New Orleans Beignets.
Guests will enjoy New Orleans style music performed by the Nolan Shaheed Quartet. Trumpeter Shaheed has worked with music greats including being Music Director for Marvin Gaye, Count Basie, Freddie Hubbard, Diana Ross, Stevie Wonder, Tom Waits and many more top artists.
