February 2-3, 2013 at Garfield and Garvey Avenues in downtown Monterey Park. The expanded 2013 Chinese New Year event will feature over 200 booths of delicious food from local restaurants, specialty items and gifts, all-day-long live entertainment on two stages, carnival rides and more on an expanded plan on Garvey Avenue.
