Andy Bencosme, Managing Broker at CENTURY 21 Village Realty in Sierra Madre recently announced that the Sierra Madre Wine & Jazz Walk was very successful again, now in its 7th year.
CENTURY 21 Village Realty participated in the walk by serving “Bowtie” wine. Both a Red Blend and a White Blend were served and it made a good pairing with the food provided by the Green Street Restaurant in Pasadena. “Hundreds of guests were served again this year” said Bencosme. He also thanked sales associates Irene Truong, Tom James, Jackie Adaimy, Julie Muttavangkul, Linda Johnson, Emily Duggan, Kenneth Gant, Nathalie Marles and Wayne Thornton for their help with the project.
Bencosme said it was nice to see so many clients who purchased homes in Sierra Madre through the office come by and say hello. “It’s great to see them become part of the community they now call home,” Bencosme added. The agents also have fun mingling and welcoming the public into the office as well as working with their colleagues in a laid back and fun experience. He said that the Village office was proud to be a participant and will be again for many years to come.
All the friendly CENTURY 21 Village agents can be reached at 38 West Sierra Madre Blvd. in Sierra Madre or by telephone 626.355.1451 or on the internet www.c21village.com
